My return

As you all know I didn't compete at this year's Canadian Championships and I wasn't able to defend my title due to an injury, and of course my name didn't appear on the Olympic team list.

I have been suffering from injury since early April which prevented me from doing high intensity workouts without feeling any pain. I decided to avoid further aggravating it and instead focused on recovering.
